Rates) telegraphed this after V'f"' follows ■— The indications are for variable and strong breezes, northerly strong winds to gale prevailing and veering by W. to S. Expect doll weather with much mist and fog in parts. Heavy rain is to be expected. Barometer unsteady but rising after about 10 hours.
