WELLIN’G TON SESSION S. (Per Preaa Association.) Wellington, February (j. In the assault and robbery ease. John Condon and Thomas Donovan wore found guilty, and William Henry Adams acquitted. in' regard to Donovan, the Judge said he did not consider the South African conviction-’ to be sufficiently clearly made out. but he thought the conviction at Hobart satisfactorily proved. Condon and Donovan were each sentenced to three years’ imprisonment.
