John Condon and Thomas Donovan wore found guilty, and William Henry Adams acquitted. in' regard to Donovan, the Judge said he did not consider the South African conviction-’ to be sufficiently clearly made out. but he thought the conviction at Hobart satisfactorily proved. Condon and Donovan were each sentenced to three years’ imprisonment.
