INDIAN PUBLIC SERVICE.
THE COMMISSION ATTACKED. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.! (United Press Association.) Calcutta, February 6. The Allahabad Pioneer protests against the proceedings of the Public Service Commission, and says that if it continues its investigations on the present lines it will create bitternesr and ill-feeling that will take years to eradicate. Except Mr Gokhale, hardly any member seems to have any idea what the commission is after.
