Constantinople, February The Consul at Adrianoplo has addressed the Ambassadors, asking 'f it can be arranged that Bulgaria will not bombard a special quarter ol the town, or that 120 foreigners be allowed to pass the Bulgarian lines. BOMBARDMENT OF ADRIANOPLE (Received 9.35 a.m.) Sofia, February 4. The bombardment of Adrianople was resumed to-day. Part of the town is reported to be in flames.
