I'fie Government was interpellated respecting the reinstatement of Colonel Du Paty De Clam. A vote of confidence in the Government was carried, M. Etienne, Minister of War, declaring that no minister could give the appointment to a man who, after re-instatement, jnsulted his superiors. This conduct would be visited with disciplinary measures.
