His Excellency the Governor and Lady Liverpool were driven round Dunedin yesterday, and inspected the hospital, the Iloslyn Woollen Mills, and the Karetane-Harris Hospital for babies. In the afternoon His Excellency held a levee at the Town Hall, when a large and representative number of citizens had the honor of being presented to him. To-day the Vice-Regal party will leave for the north. At Oamaru His Excellency will informally receive the members of the Town Council, and at Orari he will take part in a staff ride arranged by Colonel Godley, subsequently joining the second express for Christchurch. On Saturday he will attend the races at Riccarton, and the same evening, with Lady Liverpool and party, he will proceed by steamer to Wellington,
