The Government Meteorologist (Bcv D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows : The indications are for northerly moderate to strong winds prevailing and freshening. There is a prospect of Fair to cloudy weather with increasing haze and cloudiness shortly. Barometer little movement.
