ROYAL MILITARY COLLEGE
SUCCESSFUL NEW ZEALANDERS. (Per Press Association.) • Wellington, January 20. The Government of New Zealand has been informed that the following New Zealand Cadets at the Royal Military College of Australia, in the annual report of the Commandant of the College, have been recommended for advancement to higher classes : —No. 41, Staff-Cadet C. H. McClelland, who passed second, and No. 23, Corporal R. Miles, who passed fourth in the third class.
The names of these cadets will appear in the military forces list as among the five most distinguished cadets of their class in the year 1912. In the fourth class, No. 76, StaffCadet W. G. Stevens was handicapped by not joining until July 1912. Had he joined with the remainder of his batch, at the beginning of the academic year, it is believed that he would have been placed at the top, or nearly at the top, of his class.
