N.S.W. MINING OUTLOOK. Sydney, January 18. The outlook in the southern mining district has improved. In the northern district conditions are unaltered. The mine owners have not replied yet to the request of the Employees’ Federation for a conference to discuss the reorganisation of a joint conciliation committee.

(Received 8.5 a.m.) New York, January 19
