TREVANION’S DEATH.
THE WILL CONTESTED
London, January 16.
Five caveats have been issued against Trevanion’s will. With the exception of legacies amounting to £1550 he left the residue to Roe or to hospitals if Roe predeceased him. Roth lived in sumptuous apartments at Hove. He met Roe two years ago aboard a liner, of which Roe was an officer. Trevanion was taken seriously ill, and Roe nursed him. This resulted in the closest friendship. (Received 9.10 a.m.)
The inquest will be re-opened on the 23rd inst.
