London, January 15
Sir E. Grey, in reply to a question, said that the Government was taking steps to protect some British coloured subjects clandestinely recruited for Fernando Po. THE HOME RULE BILL. The authorities are devising precautions against a collision and counter demonstrations outside the Constitutional and National Liberal Clubs on Thursday, after the passage of the Home Rule Bill.
