London, January 4. The outlook in Spain is considered to be particularly black. The revolutionaries are plotting an insurrection, which will start with a great strike. Money is being col- —- lected in Paris and London.
It is expected that the disaffection will spread to.the army and navy. The opinion is expressed that King Alfonso will have to display pluck and coolness to avoid disaster.
