Wellington, January 13. At a meeting of the Public ServiceSuperannuation Board leave of ab senoe was granted to Messrs. Allport (Secretary of Marine) and H. W. Bishop (S.M., at Christchurch). The report of the Public Trustee on the state of ,the fund on Dccembei 31, 1912, was read to the Board. Tin. report stated that on that date the amount to credit was £416,918 18s 7d, being an increase over the same d .tc last year of £84,138 5s lid. The totals, of retiring allowances and annuities to widows and chi.dren passed by the Board are as follows: Ordinary £2257 9s, medically unfit £362 14s Bd, widows and seven children £235, total £2855 3s.
