London, January 13. The blizzard continues. The Mauretania was delayed at L.v erpool for twenty-eight hours.
The Celtic, from Queenstown, reports mountainous seas, and she reduced speed on her trip across and poured oil on the waters. A high peak on the railway ha? been blocked for three days. Thousands of workmen in the peak stone quarries are idle.
