A terrible shooting fatality happened at Ovortown. The household of John Field, a dairyman, was disturbed during the night by a supposed burglar. . , Field and his sons, with firearms, searched for the intruder. One son, during the excitement, mistook his father for the burglar, and fired, killing his fathpr.
