The Marine Court of Enquiry into the wreck of the Urilla in Whitsuntide Passage exonerated Captain James Gordon 'entirely. Tho commander of H.M.S. Sealark reported that the rock on which the Urilla struck was wrongly charted. The chart places the rock south of Ripple Rock, whereas it is considerably to the eastward. The Secretary of the Australasian Wireless Company has been advised that the amalgamation with that Company and Marconi’s Australasian Branch has been completed, and the new Company will -he formed when the chairman of the Australasian Wireless Company returns from London. THE BLANEY ELECTION. Sydney, January 4. Tho returns from the Blaney election are incomplete. The Liberal has a good lead, Mr Beehy (Labourite) making a close running. A second ballot will be necessary.
