BLACKMAILING THE KING.
(Received 1.55 p.m.) London, December 30. Percy Collins has been remanded at Horsham on a charge of sending threatening letters to the King demanding money. POWDER WORKS EXPLOSION. (Received 1.55 p.m.) St. Petersburg, December 30. An explosion at the Ochta Government poitder works killed three persons. Fifty-one were injured, nine seriously.
