GENERAL BOTHA RESIGNS. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) Capetown, December 14. General Botha lias resigned as the culmination of a long series of disonsiors. The Moderates and Dutch extremists will form a Cabinet. (Received 8.10 a.m.) Capetown, December To. Viscount Gladstone (Governor-Gen-eral) has accepted the resignation and invited General Botha to form a new Ministry. (Received 9.15 a.m.) Capetown, December 15. Colonel Leuchars (Minister of Commerce and Industries) has resigned. Generals Botha (the Premier) and Hertzog (Minister of Justice) are the protagonists of the warring section. General Hertzog commands about twenty followers.
