REVENUE RETURNS.

In the course of his speech at Tuapeka Mouth on Wednesday night the Minister of Finance (Hon. Jus. Allen) gave the following figures relating to revenue and expenditure. The following items show a decrease: Beer duty, £411; registration, £5,864; Territorials, £8,842.
