THE HOME RULE BILL
London, December 10. In tlie House of Commons clauses 33 to 36 of the Homo Rule Bill were guillotined. Air. Birroll announced that any member of the Civil Service who objected to serve under the Irish Parliament was at liberty to retire with compensation.
