TURKISH PEACE DELEGATES,
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) Constantinople, December 10. Nazami Salik Pasha and Reshid lasha have been appointed peace plenipotentiaries. (Received 11, 9.25 a.in.) Vienna, December 10. General Aulfonberg, Minister oi War, and Field-Marshall Sliemua (Chief of the General Staff) have resigned. Generals Keohatin and Aiitzendorf succeed to tlie respective positions.
