tTXSEAWORTHY SHIPS. London, December 9. Lord Muskerrv in the House of Lords moved for an inquiry into the administration of the Marine Department of the Board of Trade. He accused the Department of showing gross, almost criminal, neglect for the safety of life at sea, and said vessels were allowed to sail in an nnseaworthy state and with dangerous deckloads. Lord Granard said he thought Lord Mersey’s Titanic report did not support Lord Inniskerry’s strictures.
