THE SUFFRAGETTES.
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) London, December 9. The pillar-box outrages arc being continued in Loudon and the provinces. A suffragist on the Brighton esplanade made an insulting reference to Queen Victoria. The platform was stormed. The police saved the speaker. Other suffragettes were mobbed at Catford for advocating a policy of destroying letters. Lite police assisted them to escape.
