STOCKTON COLLIERY TROUBLI

Westport, December 7. In connection with tlie trouble at the Stockton colliery, two men refused to pay the strike levy. The union held a meeting. The management refused to dispense with the so: vices of the men, and’ the others declined to ride to work with them, so the management decided to drive them uid gave the others a separate truck to ride in. The union by 75 votes to 25 resolved against a strike.
