Copper, £76 Lis Od to £77 10s. Electrolytic £B2. Lead, £lB 2s 6d. THE BUTTER MARKET. ■ Sydney, December 5. Butter, £5 4s, an advance of 4s. LONDON WOOL SALES. (Received 11.0 a.m.) London, December 4. At the wool sales there is a good selection of' Merinos, and bidding is brisk. Crossbreds are fairly firm. T. Lamason’s Report. Last Saturday I held my usual weekly sale with a very good attendance of the public. Competition for the various lines was particularly brisk. Quotations: —Hens Is Gel to 2s 6d, duck's Is 9d to 2s Gd, roosters 2s to 3s, hen and chicks Os, turkeys 8s to 12s Gd, cabbage 3s 6d to 6s per doz, cauliflowers lid each, gooseberries 2; Gd per 51b bag. heifer calves Bs. hull calves Is to ss, furniture and, sundries at usual auction rates.
