ARCHBISHOP CARR.
(Received 10.25 a.m.) Melbourne, November 22. It transpires that a petition signed by all the bishops and archbishops has been forwarded to the Pope praying in the event of the appointment of another Cardinal to Australia that the choice might fall on Archbishop Carr.
