The Government Meteorologist (Rev. D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: — The indications are for variable ana strong northerly breezes, veering by west to south after 20 hours. Expect dull weather with mist and fog in narts. Rain probable. Barometer falling, but rising after 1G hours.
