The programme for the Trentham rifle meeting, entries closing February 13, shows the “A” series comprises seven events under service conditions —viz., Regimental teams’ match, observation and mutual assistance in ate a casualty competition, Islington Cup match, C.A.C. cup match, competition in superiority of fire and teams’ championship. The “B” series is compulsory on all competitors under thirty years of age, and is described as individual service matches. Other events include the vanishing target, running man, etc., and service championship. The “C” series is the Ballinger belt contest, and consists of seven qualifying matches s.mi final.
