A PLUCKY MAORI CHILD. (Per Press Association.) Rotorua, October 28. A Maori hoy named Wiremu Hapi, aged ton, was drowned in the AVaiotapu stream on Friday, falling in off the bank. His companion, a girl named Tengohi, aged eight, dived in after him, but could not catch him. She swam out and ran for assistance.
