There is a small supply of Australian spot, 42s to 42s Gd, New Zealand 30s 3d. Flour.—There is a moderate enquiry. Australian 28s Gd ex store; 27s is offered for a November-Decemler shipment. Oats.—Dull; “A” Cartons, Novcmher shipment, 25s 9d to 265; La Plat i October-November 18s lOd. Beans.—There is a small supply; Lie market is firm. Peas. —Dull; buyers are scarce. Lead, £l9 ss. Copper, £75 10s to £76 2s 6d, electrolytic £BO 10s. Tin, £230; three months £22s 10s. Spelter, £27 10s. Iron, 86s 2d. Sugar.—German 9s 3d, first marks 11s 7d. , . Bacon. —Firm. Experts are highly pleased with a parcel of Australian, and consider it almost equal to Danish. They expect it will realise high prices. At the kauri sales 102 cases were offered and seven sold. Wheat is dull; 39s 3d is asked for an Australian January-February shipment, and 39s for a Fcbruarv-March shipment. Copra is quiet. South Sea bags, Oc-tober-November shipment, £25 15 s; Tune-October-November shipments, £25 17s Gd. Hemp is firm. January-March shipments, £34. Cotton.—October-November shipments G.lOOd.
