ITALY'S FLEET. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) London, October 23. The Italian Government has ordered twenty Bristol monoplanes, costing £3O,UL)O, to bo built in Italy, under the supervision of British experts. (Received y. 55 a.m.) Melbourne, October 24. The Government has sanctioned the formation of a military filing corps of 43 men. Lieutenant Harrison, an Australian aoroplanist, now in England, has been appointed to the command. The German postal authorities have approached the Danish Government with a view to establishing an airship mail route between tiie two countries. Sucli a service would bo particularly advantageous in winter, when transport by sea is often considerably delayed by the presence of ice in the Baltic.
