A SIGNIFICANT NOTICE.

(Per Press Association.) Huntly, October 18. The following notice has been posted on the Miners’ Union office: “The executive of the Waikato Miners’ Uni6ii cannot 1 See their Way' clear to grant permission to any of its members to accept employment of any kind from any employer until further notice.” The executive contradicts the statement that the Federation of Labor does not approve of the action of the Huntly miners, as official information has been received from the Federation that the position at Huntly has not yet been- fully considered. In Auckland everything is very quiet in connection with the General Labourers’ strike.
