IN THE APPEAL COURT.
(United Press Association.) Wellington, October 18. In the M. Dickens case the Appeal Court reserved judgment. The Court granted conditional leave to the Public Trustee to appeal in the case versus Pilkington, the security being fixed at £SOO to bo given in one month.
