AMUSEMENTS.

HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE. i A change of programme takes place this evening at Bernard’s Pictures, when some special films are to be screened. Tito advent of a dramatised version of Alexander Dumas’ novel, “The Corsican Brothers,” is being eagerly looked forward to by main ami the picture should prove well worth viewing. Two duels figure in this romantic story, and .gin additional toucu of interest is aroused by the fact that the principals are expert swords men. The tale is one of not Corsican blond and revenge, is very faithfully portrayed by the cinematograph. “The stolen invention” explains itself, but the name gives but a poor impression of this stirring little drama of modern times. A splendid detective story, “The Forrrofton Clue,” is a certainty for popularity, the scenics, notablx t at oi I ‘Spring at San Remo,” are of the “first water,” and not muddy water at that, while the comics are bright, humourous, and clever. The programme is undoubtedly one of the best yet shown here.
