RAMSAY MACDONALD AND LABOUR. Londoij, October 7. Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, speaking at Bradford, said that it was no solution of the labour problem to uplift wages in order to uplift prices. Despite trade unions there was a bigger gulf between the man at the top and tne man at tho bottom than there was twelve or twenty years ago. Parliamentary machinery was bad, and it was necessary to decentralise Parliamentary authority and give the municipalities and Nationalists more power. WOOL. London, October 7.
