DIPLOMATS CONFER

It is officially stated that Sir Edward Grey and M. Sazonoff are in complete accord, and did not discuss the new Persian agreement and do not intend to. They have no desire for the partition of the country in order to expedite the withdrawal of troops. They are considering methods of strengthening the Persian Government.
Router’s Belgrade correspondent wires that orders have been signed for a general mobilisation of the Servian Army. An extraordinary session will bo held on Thursday.
