Berlin, September 25. Grief at Count Bieberstein's death is unprecedented since Bismarck died. The North Germain Gazette is of the opinion his skill would have achieved favourable Anglo-German relations. Paris, September 25. Newspapers say it would be unjust to describe Count Bieberstein's work in London at a negative value, but the conflict between Britain and Germany was as inevitable as the Franco-Prus-sian war. (Received 26, 11.25 a.m.) Berlin, September 25. King George's condolences were among the first received. The post-mortem reveals that the Count was a most heroic sufferer for vears, many of the organs, especially the heart, being in an advanced state of deterioration and calcification.
