ASSAULT ON A WOMAN. (Per Press Association.) Waihi. September 25. Tn connection with t!ie charge against Heath of assaulting Mrs. Sell, the Magistrate entered a conviction, with costs £2 17s. NOT TO START WORK. Waihi. September 25. At a mass meeting of members of the Minor:-;' Union to-day. H. Kennedy and Wesley Richards were appointed president and vice-president, pro tern., respectively. It was decided that no one should star: work next Wedncsday.
