Gustav Rudolph Frieckep, who was 'released after bein« -committed for sentence at the Supreme Court owing to the papers not being jn order, pleaded guilty to-day before the Magistrate on the original charge of horse-'stealing, and was sentenced to nine months' imprisonment with hard labour.
