The body found yesterday has been identified as that of Albert Oliver, aged 19, formerly on the railway works, who arrived in town some days ago. and was, it is stated, suffering from melancholia. He had recently been a patient in the hospital, and the other day called at the police station and asked to he locked up, as he was out of work.
