(By Elect™ Telegraph.—Copyfiasit.) (United Press Association.', (Received 1.35 p.m.) London, September 9. At the Bristol Association Professor Markhara read a paper on Antarctic exploration. He paid a tribute to Captain Scott as the greatest of all Polar explorers, his expeditions being
the mos M-fruitful. He believed Captain Scolft intended to solve whether Victorian and Edwardian Mountains junctioned, and also to solve the problem of the great ice burlier.
The easiest way to conquer a man is to make him comfortable, and the easiest way to make him comfortable is to ask him to join you in a whisky—that is, if it's "Perfection." x
