COMPENSATION CLAIM. (Per Press Association.) Napier, September 3. At the Arbitration Court William Watts sued Niven and Co. for £375, compensation and loss of an arm. Ihe defence pleaded not liable, as plaintiff was receiving £5 per week in wages at the time of tlhie accident. Plaintiff denied receiving more than £4 wages, the other £1 being for incidentals whilst away from home. The Court reserved judgment.
