A big fragment of volcanic rock, a piece of .wood with a volcanic pebble embedded in it, and a sn.dl boy alleged to have missed a violent death by a foot, all appeared in evidence at the Police Court this morning against a road eon tractor, and all his staff, on various charges arising out of the blasting of rook at Epsom. The contractor was fined Co, and the men concerned 10s each and costs.
