COMPULSORY INSURANCE.
A PROPOSED SCHEME FOR THE COMMONWEALTH. SOMETHING LIKE LLOYDGEORGE'S. (Received 13, 9 a.m.) Sydney, May 13. Mr. Flowers declared that the Government was cons : dering a scheme of State compulsory insurance which to some extent would take away the independence of friendly societies. It war, something similar to Mr. LloydGeorge's scheme.
