HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE
The splendid picture, “Enoch Arden,” and the fine programme preseated for the last time at His Majesty’s Theatre last evening, was mud appreciated. To-night another set oi fine pictures will be screened for tin first time, when the great bushranging picture, “Dan Morgan and hit Gang,” will be shown. This film was taken at the principal spots where the gang used to operate. The film is om of Chas. Spencer’s best photo plays, gome very fine buckjumping and wild horse riding is seen to advantage. Other films are: “Pull for the Shore,” “A Voiceless Message,” “Heart of an Outlaw,” “The Aurora Preparing foi the Antarctic,” the latest Gaumont topical graphic, together with all now comic and scenic pictures, will provide an excellent evening’s entertainment.
CORONATION SKATING RINK
A largo number assembled at the above rink last night. Both old and now skaters were present in full force, and joined in tho potato and egg-and-spoon races, and at 9.45 a hockey match was indulged in by a number of enthusiasts. The rink will bo closed to-night, but will be open again tomorrow evening at 7.30 o’clock,
STRATFORD SKATING CARNIVAL
Wo are requested to draw oni readers’ attention to the grand fancydress carnival, to be held at the Town Hall this evening. The carnival will’ commence at 7.30 p.m., with a grand march. Noted skaters will ho present from all parts of the province, and the event promises to be a very successful one. The whole of the proceedings will be under the direction of Professor Owen Cardston. There will be some unique costumes, and the pageant promises to be full of colouring.
