IRISH HOME RULE.
MR. CHURCHILL STRESSES THE LABOUR UNREST. AND COMPARES VIOLENCE. (Received 1, 1.30 p.m.) London, April 30. Mr. Churchill, in moving the second reading of the Home Ride Bill, said the question of Home Rule in Ireland was not comparable in importance to the growing discontent of the labouring population. Since Mr. Gladstone took up Home Ride the violence in Ireland had been no more serious than in labour disputes in Britain.
