(Per Press Association.) Pahiatua, April 30. Mr. William Keeble, forty-seven years of age, a well-known resident oi the Waiarapa, died suddenly in his shop at Pahiatua to-day, it is skip posed from heart disease. He leaves i\ wife and family. .Wellington, April 80. Mrs. Jean Smith, of Karori, aged 28 years, was badly burnt to-day whileheating beeswax over a fire, and wa:taken to the hospital. Mrs. Smith was reported to-night to be in a very serious condition. Dimedin, April 80. Tho Inspector of Police has been advised that Arthur Jones, seventy year.' of age, was found dead in his hut at Roxburgh to-day. Deceased, who was a single man, lived alone. He had been a resident of tho district foi many years. Death is attributed tc heart failure.
