SERIOUS POSITION IN SOUTH AFRICA. REMEDY BEING DISCUSSED. (Received 1, 8.10 a.m.) Capetown, April 30. The victim of a native outrage at Turffontein died./ Th pro is renewed agitation against the black peril. Two further outrages occurred at Frankfort and Kimberley. A native of Middle burg was sentenced to death for rape. The Senate is discussing remedial measures.
