Mcdical > evidence was to the offecl that Tibbitt was a homicidal maniac. He suffered from a delusion that Mr. Rothschild had influenced a teacher at King’s College to make an erroneom chemical formula, and Tibbitt was. therefore, impelled to attack him. TWENTY YEARS’ SERVITUDE. (Received 26, 9.15 a.m.) London, April 25. Tibbitt pleaded guilty to both, charges, and received twenty years’ penal servitude.
