The general council of Irish County Councils reports that the financial clauses of the Home Rule Bill are unsatisfactory and need drastic amendment. The minimum demands must include Ireland’s retention of all her taxes, subject to a 9 per cent contribution to Britain and the Irish Parliament’s control of all Irish services. MUNSTER OPPONENTS. (Received 23, 10.20 a.m.) London, April 22. The Duke of Devonshire, Earl Kerry and Lord- Midleton addressed an enthusiastic Munster Anti-Home Rule demonstration at Cork.
